Blake
Patterson.

A BIO, MORE OR LESS

Blake Patterson makes indie rock music centered around the male yearning experience. With a blend of alternative rock, indie folk, midwest emo, and pop punk influences, his music ranges from explosive and energetic to quiet and contemplative. Blake’s authentic lyricism and guitar-driven instrumentation are underscored by his silvery and adaptive vocal delivery. His music carries an overarching sense of angst that resonates with listeners who’ve been told they’re just going through a phase, even without all of the mascara and black clothing.

At its core, his music is about the space between wanting connection and the messiness that often comes with it. Blake turns that tension into songs that are equal parts vulnerable, self-deprecating, and cathartic.
